Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to (the ‘Site’). We acknowledge and uphold the intellectual property rights of others just as we expect the same respect for our rights. As per the regulations outlined in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, under Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), a copyright owner or their representative can issue a takedown notice to us through our designated DMCA Agent. In our capacity as an internet service provider, we are eligible for immunity from infringement claims under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA. To submit a genuine claim of infringement, you must provide us with specific information as detailed below:

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work alleged to be infringed.
  3. Details of the infringing material along with sufficient information to enable us to locate it.
  4. Contact information of the complainant, including name, address, email, phone, and fax number.
  5. A statement expressing the belief that the use of the material is unauthorized.
  6. An affirmation of the accuracy of the information provided and the authority to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Failure to provide accurate information can lead to civil penalties under Title 17 USC §512(f). Takedown notices can be submitted through our Contact page for prompt attention via email.

Any copyright infringement claims received may be disclosed to the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you agree to the possibility of your identity and claim being shared with the alleged infringer.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you wish to dispute a takedown notice received due to a copyright infringement claim, you can send a counter notification to our DMCA Agent containing the following information required by 17 USC Section 512(g)(3):

  1. Your signature, either physical or electronic.
  2. Description of the material taken down and its original location.
  3. A statement asserting a good faith belief that the removal was a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction for legal matters.

Submit your counter notice through our Contact page, preferably via email.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy against repeat copyright infringement in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. We monitor and maintain a record of DMCA notices and take necessary actions against repeat offenders, which may include account termination.

Modifications

We retain the right to amend the information on this page and our DMCA policy at any time and for any reason. We advise checking back regularly to stay informed about any updates to this policy.
